As with previous Dance Dance Revolution™ titles, the object of the game is to step / press the correct directional buttons or arrows on the home controller or the Dance Dance Revolution™ dance pad. The correct dance arrow must be played when it crosses the permanent arrows inside the Step Zone. Build up your dance meter and continue onto the next stage. If you continue to miss your steps, the dance meter drops. If it hits zero, the game will end.

When the arrows rise to this point, step on the matching panels!
 
 
 
 
 
 
Step on both panels if two different marks appear at the same time.
 
When there is a freeze arrow, hold down your step.
 
 
 
 
 
When two freeze arrows appear at the same time, hold down your step with both feet.
 
Do not lift your step in the middle, or you will get an NG.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
If you misstep repeatedly, your dance gauge will decrease until the game is over.
