- Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, including analyzing sales data and budgeting both expenses and revenues
- Negotiate terms of licensing deals in conjunction with Business and Legal Affairs
- Maintain and analyze pertinent data with internal departments
- 10-15 years sales and merchandise licensing experience, new business development experience a plus
- Ability to lead and manage creative projects and marketing services
- Extensive reporting experience (financial and statement) and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Strategic thinker, strong communication writing and presentation skills
- Poised and confident with the ability to interact with a wide variety of people.
- Collaborative, partnering and team oriented.
- Strong project management, planning and development skills.
- Multi-task oriented. Well organized. Able to manage diverse projects.
- Advanced computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in business or related field. MBA preferred.
