Experience and Qualifications:

- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all parties internally and externally.

The Sales Support Manager will lead and oversee the Sales Support Department by ensuring that company policies and objectives are adhered to. The Sales Support Manager will monitor the sales order system by making sure accurate processes are in place. This position will address any warehouse/shipping errors by implementing guidelines or instructions to be followed. The Sales Support Manager will also be the point of contact between our Sales Reps and internal Regional Sales team regarding the processing of client purchase orders. Other responsibilities include the following:
- Support Management by providing various reports (Open Orders, Forecasts, Shipping, etc.) on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- Monitor daily inbound EDI orders for other SSR’s.
- Maintain allocations, monitor forecasts and order demands.
- Control SAP pricing schedules by maintaining database with accurate surcharges, discounts, and special deals.
- Review and approve customer Price Protections.
- Generate weekly sales reports in SAP to Excel.
- Inform department of customer payments (receipts).
- Communicate with finance department to confirm the credit status of each client’s order.
- Assist Sales team with meeting client order delivery requests to support Ad/marketing plans.
- Maintain and update client information (corporate, billing, and ship-to addresses) in database.
- Maintain and file client contracts, purchase orders, and other correspondences on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with Production (materials) team on the tracking and delivery of finished goods to the warehouse.
