Working in the Events department, under the direction of the VP of Card Business, you will help organize and execute trading card game presence at trade shows and other events across the nation. Travel is required.
Key Duties:
- Manage all aspects of tradeshow participation, including shipping, booth design, graphics, presentations, A/V, collateral, meeting rooms, transportation, hotel accommodations, staff schedule and badges
- Serve as liaison and/or project manager with external booth vendor regarding details, such as furniture, carpet, electrical, booth layout and other miscellaneous booth arrangements
- Work with Marketing, Brand and Sales to create and develop event and marketing strategies for all tradeshows, events and Organized Play Tournaments for all Card Business IPs
- Manage tradeshow/event budget and assist the Organized Play team with their budget and ensure all invoices and actual expenditures reports are submitted in a timely manner
- Negotiate and approve exhibit booth space contracts, exhibitor manuals and service forms to include installation of booth properties
- Coordinate and execute logistics for tradeshows and events, pre and post
- Assist the Organized Play team with all aspects of premier-level OP tournaments, including but not limited to space negotiation, hotel blocks, and design of tournament area
- Coordinate all travel for company staff, volunteers and VIPs
- Coordinate all booth design and graphic approvals
- Develop staff schedules and oversee all volunteers once onsite
- Coordinate all preshow and post-show meetings, reports and event recaps
- Track promotional item inventory and work directly with vendors and corporate management on idea generation, item design, quotation, order placement, and quality approval of premium items for business use and tradeshow promotions

Position Overview:
Coordinate all aspects of card production internally with marketing, design and localization teams and externally with manufacturers and licensors.
This position requires the ability to multi-task numerous projects simultaneously and deal with any emergencies. Three to five years of experience as a production manger in a printing or publishing industry required. Highly proficient pre-press skills and knowledge of the printing process are necessary.
